Refund & Returns Policy

Non-Delivery of Order:

If an order is not delivered, the customer is eligible for a full refund.

Wrong or Damaged Items:

In case of incorrect or damaged items, customers must report within 2 hours of delivery.

After verification, the issue will be resolved either by replacement or refund.

Food & Hygiene Products:

Perishable food items delivered cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to place the order.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled before dispatch, subject to company policy.

Refund for canceled orders will be processed as per the cancellation policy.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes regarding refunds or returns will be handled as per company policy and applicable laws.
